Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Massachusetts to support the general manager in day-to-day operations and uphold store standards. You will lead non-exempt staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain inventory, cash handling, and safety procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures. Competitive pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Able to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitors shift cash handling and inventory.
• Assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Promote guest service and company promotions.
