Job summary

Global Partners LP in Framingham, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help manage day-to-day operations, uphold company policies, and deliver strong guest service. You will supervise and develop non-exempt employees, while maintaining cash handling, inventory, and records with accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities include banking, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties; ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines; support promotions and a high level of guest

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages/overages.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store image standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure store safety and environmental guideline compliance.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and engage in promotional initiatives.
• Provide high level of guest service and support company policies.
