Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor in Kentucky to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help build a high‑performance culture across the team.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with technology. Full-time hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with benefits and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership.
• Set clear priorities, sales and KPI targets for the team to achieve.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
