Under Armour, Inc. in Florida seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and uphold brand standards. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, ensure strong visual presentation and customer engagement, and drive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to stand, lift, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Strong selling experience and industry understanding

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to guide real-time decisions
• Direct merchandising to maximize presentation
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results
• Lead areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience
• Provide customers with product information and recommendations
• Communicate incidents to store leadership
• Set clear priorities and relay sales and KPI targets to teammates
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store and regional teams
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
