Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a customer-focused retail professional for our Oklahoma City store. You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and support the team to achieve key performance targets.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and involves payroll coordination and scheduling responsibilities. The candidate should bring 1–2 years in apparel/footwear retail, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and to reason through complex issues; capable of presenting information to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems including MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store following PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Assist in achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability via effective planning and execution.
• Support Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of employees.
• Handle payroll control and create service-driven schedules for optimal profitability.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities and aisle merchandising to store leadership.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; conduct physical counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards; maintain a clean and compliant environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
