Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to join our retail team in Vacaville, CA. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, coach and develop associates, and ensure exceptional customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll drive profitability by monitoring sales performance, supervising daily operations, and upholding visual standards. The role requires 1+ year of retail leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to training

Qualifications

• Foundational leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with merchandising and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety procedures.
