Job summary

You will lead talent development, recruit in your market, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience, while driving store performance and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock/dressing areas; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends; travel as required.
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Strong business sense and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and plan initiatives for your store location.
• Understand and educate your team on sales and profit performance tools.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in development of store client development strategy and outreach.
• Drive talent strategy and develop a team focused on the customer.
• Lead recruitment activities and ongoing talent development conversations.
• Maintain productivity and manage inventory control to meet shrink goals.
• Champion use of new technology for New Ways of Selling.
