Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail management or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Able to operate on the sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends; travel as required.
• Proven track record of building positive customer and coworker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in developing the store client strategy and lead market outreach.
• Execute talent strategy with the General Manager to build a customer‑centric team.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in the store market.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain productivity and store processes, including inventory control.
• Champion use of new technology to support selling techniques and shopping options.
• Uphold company policies and present feedback to leadership.
• Ensure store standards and the sales floor exceed expectations.
