Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in creating strategic plans and executing them to run a profitable store. Associate Managers are key decision makers in the absence of the General Manager, with responsibility for ensuring brand integrity and an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a team, drive recruitment and coaching, manage inventory, and uphold store standards in a high-volume New Jersey environment while reflecting Ralph Lauren’s values

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
• Strong planning and prioritization/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for your store location.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations by supporting the store vision.
• Lead recruitment and talent development activities to build a customer-focused team.
• Ensure store standards and inventory control are maintained to meet shrink goals.
