Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or similar high-volume specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and assist in strategic planning of store initiatives.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.

• Assist in developing the store client development strategy and lead market outreach.
• Execute talent strategy with General Manager to develop a customer-centric team.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in the store market.
• Engage in coaching and development conversations with employees.
• Maintain productivity through effective processes and inventory control to meet shrink goals.
• Champion the use of new technology to support selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to leadership identifying high-potential opportunities and trends.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards exceed expectations at all times.
• Create an inclusive environment aligned to Ralph Lauren values.
