Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail management or similar high-volume environment experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock areas, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and travel as required.
• Proven track record of building relationships with customers and teams.
• Strong business acumen and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning.
• Educate team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in store client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Execute talent strategy and develop a team with the customer at its core.
• Drive recruitment activities in your store market.
• Coach employees with ongoing development conversations.
• Maintain productivity by managing processes and inventory control.
• Champion use of new technology and selling techniques.
• Uphold all company policies and standards.
• Provide feedback to leadership identifying high profit potential and trends.
