• Drive networking and recruitment activities in the market.
• Provide coaching, feedback and learning opportunities to staff.
• Maintain productivity through process and inventory control to reduce shrink.
• Champion new technology and selling techniques to grow sales.
• Uphold all company policies and store procedures.
• Provide feedback to leadership on high-potential opportunities and trends.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards exceed expectations.
