Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store location.
Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
Assist in creating store client development strategy and lead community outreach.
Drive talent strategy and develop a team focused on the customer.
Lead recruitment activities in the market.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Maintain productivity through store processes and inventory control.
Champion use of new technology for New Ways of Selling.
Uphold company policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to management on profit potential and trends.
Ensure sales floor standards exceed expectations at all times.
