• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram updates.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and return processing.
• Perform In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
