Job summary

Michaels in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, courteous checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and replenishment, support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS, and maintain in-stock conditions across the store. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering Michaels' brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Michaels Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and ensure in-stock conditions and merchandise presentation
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
