CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead staff in the manager's absence, and ensure smooth operations and strong customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will help close/open procedures and drive loyalty through a helpful, courteous shopping experience.

The role requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a base pay of $16.00–$23.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits available for full-time colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management or supervisor.
• Deliver excellent customer service, assist customers and resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; ensure displays and inventories are accurate and up-to-date.
• Uphold CVS policies and support a safe, compliant shopping environment.
