CVS Health in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. This role leads staff when managers are absent and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

The position emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, in-store operations, and delivering CVS’s customer service standards across daily activities and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise the store staff by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle all customer relations issues per policy and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise; reset departments following planograms.
