CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team in a leadership role focused on store execution and customer service. You will support the CVS Store Management team, step in when managers are unavailable, and ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed accurately.

The role emphasizes driving performance, protecting customer privacy, and maintaining stock, price displays and merchandising while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor present.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive CVS shopping experience.
• Supervise and direct activities, communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
