Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, merchandising, and maintaining strong customer relations in a fast-paced CVS/pharmacy environment. High school diploma preferred; experience as a retail supervisor is a plus.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Prefer experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager.
• Supervise the crew by assigning tasks and following up.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints.
• Maintain displays, stock shelves and merchandise.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
