Job summary

CVS Health in Scranton, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and foster exceptional customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnight shifts and weekends. The typical pay range is $16.00–$23.00 per hour, with 25 hours weekly.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing, and following up activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain CVS customer service standards and a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and reset departments per planograms.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
