Job summary

CVS Health in Bradford, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. When there is no manager on site, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise the crew, communicate with management, assist customers, and help maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms.
