• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and weekly/promo/seasonal merchandise inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POG).
