Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Direct and follow up on activities of the store crew.
• Communicate information effectively between management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays, and manage weekly and seasonal merchandising per plan.
