Job summary

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close procedures.
• Supervise store crews and assign/direct activities.
• Maintain strong customer service and resolve issues in line with policy.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays, rotate and reset as needed.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality.
