Job summary

Andy’s is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily store operations, ensure high quality products and service, and coach staff to uphold our standards. You will drive performance across Custard, Crew, and Customers and lead shifts when the GM is unavailable.

Requires 18+ years old with at least 6 months of management experience, preferably in quick service. Benefits include health, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401K with 4% match, dependent care FSA, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience: 6+ Months Management and/or Andy’s experience
• Must be 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and support crew to meet standards.

• Lead shift operations as key holder, including opening/closing duties.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and dress code.
