Job summary

Andy’s Shift Manager position oversees daily operations and directs the crew to deliver high-quality customer service. You will train staff, manage duties across Custard, Crew and Customers, and ensure compliance with standards while maintaining a fast-paced, positive store environment.

To qualify, you must be at least 18 with 6+ months of management experience in quick service. Full-time hours (30+ hours/week) and comprehensive benefits are provided, with opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during shifts and open/close duties.
• Direct crew to meet sales and service targets.
• Ensure quality, safety, and food standards per company policy.
• Train and coach new employees on shift.
• Manage inventory levels and cash handling.
• Maintain a customer-focused, professional environment.
• Enforce dress code and company policies.
• Lead operations when GM/AGM are not present.
