Job summary

CVS Health in Detroit is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build consumer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are unavailable, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and flexibility to cover early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations in manager absence.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandising and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms.
