Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure store execution.
• Supervise store crews, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
• Ensure open and close procedures are completed when on duty.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Support merchandise presentation and stock management, including pricing and displays.
