Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.

You will lead store staff when a manager is not on site, oversee opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and daily operations to CVS standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and staff performance.
• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, help, thank).
• Handle customer relations per policy to ensure positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price and merchandise stock; rotate displays.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly/promotional/seasonal merch.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays and signage.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
