Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through outstanding service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role requires deductive reasoning, strong communication and supervision capabilities, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. 40 hours weekly with a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations in absence of management.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues per policy.
• Price merchandise, restock shelves, and manage displays.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and store security.
