Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management.
• Handle cash, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as requested.
• Maintain inventory counts and pricing signage; ensure accurate pricing.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and store system operations.
• Support with basic department upkeep, cleanliness, and organization.
• Comply with state/local laws regarding regulated products.
