Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling all systems start-ups, cash handling, and preparing the floor and stock room for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Be a positive customer service presence and deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management and assist with vendor deliveries via back door access.
• Register all sales accurately, including scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, displays, and stock rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance, and assist with general maintenance and repairs as requested.
