Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to obtain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and give change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Support with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing, and ensure signage and compliance to local regulations.
