Qualifications

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including startup of required systems and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as necessary.
• Assist with vendor orders and backdoor openings for deliveries and inventory processing.
• Register all sales on the assigned cash register, including adjustments for scanning errors and price changes.
• Review order exceptions and assist in reverse logistics (returns, packaging).
• Assist in evaluating displays and completing resets and revisions for promotions.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Ensure pricing signage is accurate and compliant with local regulations.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as cash counts and ledgers as needed.
• Support store maintenance and appearance, requesting repairs when needed.
• Support stock rotation and proper product placement following policy.
