Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in absence of management; handle cash and start-up tasks.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Engage customers to deliver a positive experience with product and service assistance.
• Maintain pricing, signage, inventory, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for shipments.
• Support pharmacy out window as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep; assist with display resets and maintenance.
