Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets, assists, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices to deliver Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Registers sales accurately, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Reviews order exceptions and assists in reverse logistics and displays development.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Ensures compliance with pricing and local regulations; handles basic bookkeeping tasks.
