Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused associate to support store operations in Madisonville, TN. The role encompasses opening and closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring the store floor and back areas are ready for business.

You will engage customers, assist with product questions, and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, pricing updates, and collaboration with management to maintain orderly displays and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and floor readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, delivering a positive experience.
• Assists with merchandising, pricing, and signage to ensure accurate pricing and displays.
