Walgreens in Kill Devil Hills, NC is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to ensure a smooth store start and end to each day. You will open/close the store, handle cash, process returns, and assist with deliveries to keep operations on track.

You will greet customers, resolve questions, maintain inventory and pricing accuracy, support merchandising, and uphold store standards while working with management when available.

Competenze

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops with accuracy.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and signage; support displays and merchandising.
• Assist with cashiering and basic bookkeeping tasks; ensure compliant cash handling.
