Job summary

You will also manage returns and refunds, maintain inventory accuracy, set pricing/signage, and support daily store operations and merchandising per company policy.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, resolves issues.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and signage, assists with pricing and stock organization.
• Registers all sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
