Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, and displays; supports vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulations for regulated products and adheres to company policies.
