Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and preparing the floor and stock room for the day.
• Processes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change as requested.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Engages customers, greets them, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices for the team and maintains Walgreens service traits in daily tasks.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures proper pricing and signage; assists with displays and planograms.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products and manages bag checks and basic department pricing.
