Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets and assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; supports warehouse/vendor ordering and vendor deliveries.
• Registers all sales, reviews price verifications, and handles price changes; participates in returns and reverse logistics.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance; supports displays and resets.
• Ensures compliant operations and effective communication between management and staff.
