Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, starting up required systems and handling cash.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Registers sales, records scanning errors, and assists with backroom and vendor deliveries.
• Maintains store cleanliness, pricing, displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Supports with exterior and interior maintenance and security checks.
