Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Possesses or intends to obtain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash activities.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and delivers Walgreens service excellence.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, pricing, and visual displays.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, signs, and basic housekeeping across store areas.
