Qualifikationen

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Knowledge of store systems and cash handling procedures.

Aufgaben

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Manages store keys and back door access for deliveries; supports vendor deliveries.
• Registers sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, and price changes.
• Reviews order exceptions and participates in reverse logistics.
• Assists with merchandising, displays, resets, pricing, and local signage to ensure compliance.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and stock rotations; supports Outdate program.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Provides training and communicates tasks as liaison when management is absent.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
