Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Dallas seeks a store teammate to support operations and deliver a distinctive customer experience.

You will open/close the store in management's absence, handle cash and prepare the floor and stock room for the business day, including backdoor access for deliveries. You will assist customers, process returns and refunds, maintain pricing and signage, support displays and inventory, and ensure compliance with store policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to obtain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-ups.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer experiences and assist customers with products.
