Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures daily readiness.
• Handles cash, refunds, and safe drops; processes price changes and scans with accuracy.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers.
• Maintains store and stockroom organization, inventory counts, and pricing signage.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, back door access, and display setup as needed.
• Supports training and communicates tasks when management is not present.
