Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and making every visit a great one.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules for staff.
• Supervise store activities across departments in the Department Manager's absence.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and address issues promptly.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate performance and support promotions or transfers.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle cash registers and common transactions as needed.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee policies and report to work as scheduled.
