Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to drive customer satisfaction and lead front-end operations in a fast-paced store.

You will inspire a team, oversee scheduling, training, and staffing while maintaining strong store performance in sales, labor, and margins. You will also manage accountability, coaching, and cross-functional communication to ensure a positive customer experience and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/retail degree preferred.
• Experience leading building operations including P&L, safety, staffing and training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee store in absence of Store/Asst. Store Manager.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring superior service throughout the store.
• Prepare schedules, recruit, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Manage staffing, discipline, performance appraisals, and labor goals.
• Coordinate hiring events and build candidate pipelines with Region Talent Advisor.
• Ensure cash handling, records, and department compliance with policies.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing accuracy, and displays.
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging work environment.
