Formación

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is desirable.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Process all buy online/ship to store orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure efficient handling of retail customer returns.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.

Conocimientos

Strong communication skills

Retail sales experience

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred)

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

ASE Certification
